The mission of the company is to help clients globally achieve the best life possible through exercise and nutrition habits. One of the popular services is the H.E.A.T. Challenge, which offers 24/7 access to workout routines, weight loss supplements, and custom meal plans to help reach diet and fitness goals. This challenge is a transformative experience for both body and mind, with a cash prize pool up for grabs. The workouts are tailored to the user's lifestyle, with options for home to gym, dumbbell sets, bodyweight circuits, or full gym routines. The nutrition aspect is AI-powered, providing expert nutrition advice and easy recipes, all trackable in a user-friendly app.
In addition to services, HeatXtreme also offers products and accessories that can be used separately or in conjunction with the challenge. These include supplements, resistance bands, sliders, and sweat belts. All products undergo thorough testing to ensure they are of the highest quality.
Another service is the H.E.A.T. On-Demand, which is likened to Netflix for workout programs. It currently has 70 programs uploaded and counting. This service provides accountability through a highly engaging Facebook Support Group with over 20,000 members and free accountability sessions hosted by coaches every Monday and Wednesday night during the challenge.
Heatxtreme.com Return Policy?
HeatXtreme has a Return Policy and a Shipping Policy.
For returns, HeatXtreme accepts returns if the seal is unopened. The return must be at your own shipping expense and must be done within 7 days of the order date. All items must be pre-approved for return by emailing customer services at info@heatxtreme.com. When shipping return items, delivery confirmation must be provided to confirm your refund. Once confirmed via email, your refund will be subjected to a 15 percent restocking fee and shipping costs are non-refundable. After processing returns, it may take 5 to 10 business days to receive your refund. Refunds are only issued to the same payment method of transaction.
For shipping, all orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. If you are pre-ordering, you will be notified when your order ships. Shipping is not available to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. HeatXtreme is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer. You will be notified when your order has shipped and you will receive a tracking number to track your package. HeatXtreme is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or the support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
